Fun but just tourists, pick pockets and trash. Lots of different stages and bars so it is fun to pick your vibe and walk the beach but nothing is out of this world production wise. Just a place where every bar on the beach is running and full at the same time. Glad to say I experienced it and will probably never come back for it. The taxi drivers kinda ruin the vibe and all the prices going up for the days the party happens also is a bummer.

Good fun of an experience the full moon party. What to expect? There is an entrance fee of 200BAHT per person, you can get the paint either before the entrance or after, ask for prices on different stalls (same design for us one wanted to charge us 400, someone else 100). Different music coming from different bars on the beach, good sound system, fireshows, people peeing in the ocean after a certain time. Definitely bring closed shoes as there will be many bottles and rubbish after some time.

Honestly, I wish this party has never exist. It is ecological diseaster. There are almost no dumpsters and no recycling. It is neccessery to watch on the feet all the time to not stand on the bottle or pipes and baloons. Rubbish is everywhere. Nobody cleans it until a high tide comes. We have heard "Gasolina" and "Sweet Dreams" 4 times on different stages. It seems like music was played from a CD than from a DJ. Entry costs only 200 Bat. There are many shops and markets with good food and many choices. Usually it is neccessery to pay 20 Bat for a toilet.

Must do if you’re around the islands for one of these, cheap drinks and plenty of places along the beach to party, just be careful with belongings as there are people ready to take advantage if you’re having too much fun

Such a great experience, if you are traveling Thailand when it's on I would definitely recommend. Such a great atmosphere. Note: Be careful with your belongings, there are a lot of thieves. My friend got his fanny pack sliced open and phone taken.
